Tina Robinson, Founder of Optimistic Coach, has been a minister and life coach since early 2000. Tina brings a depth of knowledge, wisdom, and experience, known as a natural optimist aka woman of faith; she can find the “win” out of just about every situation. Her optimism has allowed her to come alongside people in their darkest seasons. Her one objective, to leave people in a better state than she found them, five minutes, five hours, five months, five years. She knows the difference one life can make on another. Tina is blessed with a 30+ union with her husband Dwain, they have two young adult sons, Aaron and Stephen, two dogs, Simba and Zaza.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Behavior from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. She has maintained a pastoral development license with Grace International since 2005. Licensed under the ministry of Reach Worship Center where she faithfully served for over twenty-five years. Since 2008, Tina has been a Certified Life Coach with the Certified Coaches Federation.
Professional Work Experience.
After joyfully accepting every opportunity to serve in the ministry of Reach Worship Center, then Resurrection Power Ministries. In the fall of 2005, Tina was offered the position of Director/Minister of Operations, and this would mean she would leave her five-year career with the University of the Pacific, a job she loved but couldn’t imagine saying no to serving full-time in ministry. She had the opportunity to train and develop other servant leaders witnessing the transformative work that God was doing in and through His people. At a time, Tina’s sons were teens; she co-founded Pathway to Excellence, a coaching program for teens; with a focus on academic excellence and the development of healthy life skills. Tina is a public speaker, minister, writer, encourager, cheerleader. She has given up describing the many hats she happily wears. The one “Hat” she refuses to give up is the “Hat” that walks others into their “on purpose” life.
