Professional Work Experience.
After joyfully accepting every opportunity to serve in the ministry of Reach Worship Center, then Resurrection Power Ministries. In the fall of 2005, Tina was offered the position of Director/Minister of Operations, and this would mean she would leave her five-year career with the University of the Pacific, a job she loved but couldn’t imagine saying no to serving full-time in ministry. She had the opportunity to train and develop other servant leaders witnessing the transformative work that God was doing in and through His people. At a time, Tina’s sons were teens; she co-founded Pathway to Excellence, a coaching program for teens; with a focus on academic excellence and the development of healthy life skills. Tina is a public speaker, minister, writer, encourager, cheerleader. She has given up describing the many hats she happily wears. The one “Hat” she refuses to give up is the “Hat” that walks others into their “on purpose” life.
