The Basics.Brandon Rachal, Founder of MMCM Network's Coaching & Discipleship Services, is a pastor and life coach. Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to a wide spectrum of fields involving human flourishing. A firm believer that each individual has a unique gift that should not be suppressed by fears, finances, failures, disabilities, or tragedies; Brandon passionately helps people cultivate an optimal ideology around what it really means for someone to achieve their personal best and just how possible that goal can be.

Educational Background.A life-long learner, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Science from Bethany University. He previously served at the university as the Founder of the Bethany Men of God Council (B.M.O.G.C). There, he alongside 12 other college students were afforded the opportunity to travel throughout California high schools; sharing the Gospel. Brandon also has completed his Master’s Degree Coursework in Secondary Education. Currently, Brandon maintains his 11 year pastoral developmental license with Grace International. As a life-long learner, Brandon is currently pursuing his second Master's Degree in Theology & Christian Leadership. He and his wife Jillian have two children: Ayden and Aubrey.

Professional Work Experience.
Year 2007- 2014
In the winter of 2007, Brandon became the very first Student Ministries' Pastor at Reach Worship Center in Stockton, California. There he launched the church's first comprehensive nursery, children’s, youth, and young adult departments. Brandon led the student ministry from an average attendance of 7 students and 2 volunteer staff to over 120+ bible saturated, missionally-focused students who would be served by 12 committed volunteer staff in a little over a year. Through God's grace, Brandon was able to successfully lead, maintain, and continue the steady growth of new families to the church over the course of 6 years. He has collaborated extensively alongside church leaders, school districts and principals, and many other citywide organizations towards this end; being afforded the opportunity to work with the city council of Stockton, California in years past.

Brandon founded ELITE Strength n Nutrition Program (ESNP) , Brandon is well known within the athletic community for his unique...yet highly effective approach to athletic training, comprehensive nutritional integration, and character development for athletes of all ages and abilities. Leveraging his past experience as a scholarship collegiate athlete, Brandon launched ESNP to help others reach their athletic aspirations. While primarily working with high school and college athletes from a multitude of sports, The ESNP collectively assisted a community of adults and teenagers from all levels of abilities shred a collective amount of 1600 pounds!

In 2010, Brandon successfully launched a program called "Crossroad Decisions" in which volunteers from local churches were able to spend time in public schools with challenged youth and help steer them towards the right path.
Year 2010-2013
In 2011, Brandon founded a faith-based camp called Camp Jericho in South Lake Tahoe, California. At Camp Jericho, 120+ campers and staff members were positioned to overcome their fears while breaking pivotal barriers that previously prevented them from experiencing their maximum potential in life. Camp Jericho proudly aimed at providing a camp experience that the average family could not afford; offering staggering discounts through scholarships for the less fortunate. See Camp Jericho.

TRADGEY: And A Change of Trajectory.Brandon suffered a catastrophic chiropractic injury in 2012 that dramatically alter the trajectory of his life. As a result, Brandon made the decision alongside good counsel to effectively close Camp Jericho and to step down from his pastorate while he focused on the long road to recovery. While still on the road to recovery, Brandon successfully founded Making Much of Christ Ministries (MMCM) in January of 2016. MMCM was a web based organization that produced and distributed gospel-centered resources to a national audience of subscribers! With the goal to help people supremely value Jesus above all else, Brandon led a staff of five talented individuals who passionately worked towards this end. MMCM reached thousands of people each month and released the very first Christian Encyclopedia of its kind in the United States of America.

Recovery & Redemption.In 2017, Brandon founded MMCM's Coaching & Discipleship Services to people of all ages and walks of life who are willing to consider their life circumstances through the lens God’s word—The Bible. Brandon enjoys offering sessions to people seeking guidance about their athletic, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual goals in life. Brandon also offers a highly selective discipleship program where a group of younger men are intentionally discipled for one year term into biblical manhood and leadership. See MMCM Network.
At the end of 2017, Brandon was brought on by Sonrise Church to serve as a pastor, staff coach, and life coach to the surrounding community. Here, Brandon utilized his “AYPB” approach amongst pastors, leaders, and members of the surrounding community. Present Endeavors.Year 2017-2023
Currently, Brandon is leading the transition of Making Much of Christ Ministries into an official network! As a network, MMCM works with other churches to offer biblical solutions for life's victories, tragedies, and complexities; through there resources and services...all for the glory of God.
