Getting off to a great start is all about building momentum and intentional movement towards achieving your personal best throughout any aspect of your life. Therefore, my recommendation is to meet either weekly or bi-weekly for the next two sessions after our initial one.
Payment Schedule With Brandon
Our goal is to eventually become a ‘pay at the time of service’ clinic; however, we are currently a small office that has modest payment-received systems. Therefore, we are requiring all clients that work specifically with Brandon to pay for their appointments online; at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. Due to Brandon work in full-time in ministry, the wise-counsel/board of our organization has approved for him to work a limited amount of appointment slots each month. This policy provides our office with a 1.5 day window to attempt to fill his counseling and coaching calendar for others desiring to meet with him. Payments received inside of the 48 hour window will have a $40late fee attached. We try our best to send eminders via email and text to help you avoid that scenario. Appointments with other coaches are still eligible to be received up to an hour before the appointment.
Regarding Your Onbaording:
Individuals who fail to schedule and keep their first two follow-up sessions within four weeks of each other are required to start over with an initial session appointment ($190). This will allow us time to re-orientate each other to what’s presently going on within your life and desired goals.
Future Scheduling:
Upon completing your initial session and the two subsequent follow-up sessions, we can schedule out future sessions from weekly to bi-monthly as you see fit. If more than four months passes without a session, we would simply start over with an initial session and repeat the process.
Refunds & Exchanges:
We are a no-refund clinic. All payments received are final. This helps to ensure scheduling integrity as we seek to ensure our limited slots are valued and protected for those who need them most. We also do this as a stewardship opportunity to encourage our clients to “continue the work they’ve started.” Under extenuating circumstances that arise and are inevitable, we offer “clinic credit” on a case by case basis that can be used up to 24 months from the coupon being given. The coupon can be used for yourself or as a gift card to be given to another family, friends, or loved one in your life.
