Getting off to a great start is all about building momentum and intentional movement towards achieving your personal best throughout any aspect of your life. Therefore, my recommendation is to meet either weekly or bi-weekly for the next two sessions after our initial one.
Individuals who fail to schedule and keep their first two follow-up sessions within four weeks of each other are required to start over with an initial session appointment ($110). This will allow us time to re-orientate each other to what’s presently going on within your life and desired goals.
Upon completing your initial session and the two subsequent follow-up sessions, we can schedule out future sessions from weekly to bi-monthly as you see fit. If more than four months passes without a session, we would simply start over with an initial session and repeat the process.
